Booking Policy
A deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Bookings are confirmed only after:
Deposit payment is received
Session approval is confirmed
All sessions are first come, first served based on availability.
Session File Policy
Clients are encouraged to bring:
USB drives
External hard drives
Session files
Beats/instrumentals
A-BORN Recording Studios is not responsible for lost or corrupted files after sessions conclude unless otherwise agreed upon.
Conduct Policy
Respect for the studio, equipment, and everyone present is required at all times.
Disruptive, reckless, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate session termination without refund.

Equipment Responsibility
Clients may be held financially responsible for damage caused to studio equipment or property due to negligence or misuse.
Guest Policy
Maximum of 2 guests unless approved in advance.
All guests must respect the studio environment, equipment, and staff.
Late Arrival Policy
Booked time begins at the scheduled session start time, not arrival time.
Clients arriving late may lose studio time from their booked session.
Smoking Policy
Smoking fees may apply depending on the situation and studio condition.
Please respect the studio environment and equipment.
